2:30pm - 3:30pm - Seminar: Ice Cream Cakes & Novelties with Decorating Ideas: presented by Steve Reppucci, Cold Molds and Elizabeth Riggs, Bakery Crafts. 

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Annual General Meeting with the Board of Directors.     

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Mt Washington Boat Cruise -  Cocktail - Dinner - Entertainment. 

9:00 pm - midnight   NEICRA Hospitality room gathering.

Tuesday  OCTOBER 26

10:00 am - 10:50 am - Seminar: Employer / Employee Relations, Employee Handbook - presented by Doug and Peggy Warren , Four Seas Ice Cream.

10:50 am - 11:15 am - Coffee break. Visit suppliers display tables and consult with your industry leaders.

11:15 am - 12:00 pm - Seminar: Food Allergies with a specific application to ice cream products: presented by Dr. Judith Mabel PhD, Food Scientist.

Noon - 1:30 pm - Lunch

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm - Seminar: Life Outside of Work - presented by Danielle Lucido, President of Synergistic Inspiration, Radio Co-host 95.9 WATD 

 2:30 p.m.- 3:30pm - (Break Out A) Wholesaling your product presented by David Westover, Walpole Creamery and Alan Davis, Cape Cod Ice Cream.

2:30 p.m.- 3:30pm - (Break Out B) Expanding your business presented by Joe Venuti, Bedford Farms Ice Cream.

3:30 pm - 4:00 - Free time.  Visit suppliers display  tables and consult with your industry leaders. 

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - (Break Out A) Connecting with your customers with eye catching emails, presented by Corissa StLaurent, Constant Contact.

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - (Break Out B) Executing your business plan presented by John Troland, President Pinpoint Ice Cream Consultancy. 

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm -   Promotion of the Year presentations with Lynda Utterback, Editor of the National Dipper Magazine..

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Cocktail reception & Visit suppliers display tables
